Le Montage's photostream  

I got interested in photography when my parents owned an Olympus SLR camera in the 80s. In college, I got interested more after a close friend-photographer lent me his Nikon cameras and lenses with filters. I enrolled in a regular photography class of Pancho Escaler. I picked up some photography skills during college and I enjoy putting them to use when I have free time

I teach photography. I also do a lot of linear editing and short films. I do some photography workshops (creative composition, glamour and figure studies). I also do private photo shoots for special events (which are rare, limited to friends only). I have photographed local models: friends, first time models, some experienced models. Some of them are in my sets here.

I prefer shoots in locus rather than studio works. I seldom do post processing for my shots. I always go for the mise-en-scene, appropriate selection and arrangement of what's in front of camera before clicking that shutter. I'm not a big fan of Photoshop editing and image manipulation.:-)

I take care to filter my photos using Flickr's filters. There are some figure studies photos in my photostream and for some reason or another they may offend sensibilities of certain people. I advise prudence and discretion to the viewers. I believe that depicting the human form is an art, which has been with us for centuries.

I use the following cameras: a Nikon, a Canon, a Kodak, a Pentax and a Leica.
