Superact's Bandstand Marathon brings live performance through music to bandstands and outdoor performances spaces across the UK - all at the same time - on the same day.

Now in its fifth year, the event celebrates local music talent; hosted in the many historical bandstands that adorn our local parks and town centres this festival has something for everyone. From Blues to Reggie, Bangra to Rock the Bandstand Marathon forms one of the largest of the 2012 closing ceremony events.
