I am living in Ireland, in a village called Ballyduff, in North Kerry. The sea is three miles away, separated from the bottom of my garden only by fields. The purpose of this collection of photographs is to convey some of the fascination I have for the scenery, the way of life and the people of North Kerry, and surrounding areas, not only along the coast but inland as well, in the towns as well as the villages. This collection of photographs is organised into twenty themes, each of twenty photographs. It will not be expanded, but individual photographs or sets will be replaced by others from time to time. The site also provides a background to my painting. I also play Irish traditional music on the flute and piano. I am married, my wife and I are involved with an Active Retirement Group in the village, and I am 62 years of age.
