I have a great many interests, and I try to have my photography intersect with all these interests. This means that my shots may range from really pedestrian shots of construction sites to scenics to abstract interpretations of everyday objects, to skyscrapers, cityscapes, and infrastructure.

I'd very much like to improve my candids and street photography but I am quite shy and finding it hard to be confident when I shoot people. I am also trying to get into strobist/model photography.

I don't mind if you invite my shots to your group, but please please please no large tacky glitter invites and other crap like that. Do NOT post your flickriver widgets and similar in my comments. They will be terminated without prejudice, and if I am feeling particularly ornery that day I will block you. Same if you post one of your pictures with no supporting comment. If you leave a comment on one of my photos I will check out your photostream. I find it incredibly rude when people post pictures/links to their sets or whatever without taking the time to at least make a passing reference to the picture I have posted above.
