  "Now that I am checking updates from photoecosse I never find an image I don't want to view for several minutes. Maybe it is because I am half Scottish but something is pulling me there. I have been online five times in the last week looking at airfares to the highlands. I need to go, maybe next year when the time to get away arrives. Bless you for being such a good travel ambassador for your country. I live in the town of McPherson where we have an annual Scottish Festival. I went this year (in the past I have been out of town doing photo assignments) and after listening to the pipes and drums; wanted to take up arms against the King and Queen of England - drive the scoundrels back south (OK - just kidding). I never thought that bagpipes were that cool but with all the drums - WOW! I gotta make it there and SOON! We had some excellent Border Collies at the festival this year and having lost our dog in July (half border collie) I was nearly in tears watching them work. I need to visit the homeland. Does it help that I drink single malt scotch?

  "I've never written a testimonial before. It's not because i haven't wanted to,but because i have a hard time expressing myself this way. But barbara is worth every letter i type and every feeling i have. Her hard work and knowledge of how she likes to compose a picture is pretty apparent with what she gives us to view. She has found time to help me when i've had questions about her work. When we make comments on each others photos,they are sometimes funny,but always felt from the heart. She has become a true friend to me even though we are many miles apart. Because of her help and heart-felt comments, i will always be steadfast and a true friend to her.
