Promotional Marketing Director for an American firm living in Nice, France. When I’m not at work, I enjoy photography, diving, free diving, hiking in the Alps, and traveling (which I don’t do enough of). I just got started in underwater photography in July of 2009, and I am hooked. Most of my work is done free diving, or apnea diving (diving while holding your breath). I find that I can get closer to many subjects that way, and I often get more natural shots that regular divers might miss.

I shoot a wide variety of underwater subjects; from tiny crustaceans and nudibranches (super macro), to wide angle underwater landscapes and dramatic plays of light. I use no external strobes at the moment, and shoot mosty with my Canon G9 in a slightly modified Canon WP-DC21 casing. I also have an adaptor which allows me to attach dual stacked UCL-165 M67 Lenses. For wide angle, I use the Fantasea BigEye Lens G Series with the adaptor for the Canon G9 casing.
