I was born in San Paolo,Brazil on November 17th 1958.My parents were Brazilians of black, native, french and middle east origines.
I'm Scorpion with aquarius ascendant, I grew up in the middle of 4 brothers, two older and two younger.
I was a soap opera actor from when I was four until the age of fourteen.
I went to school at the traditional Colégio de São Bento in my hometown.
In 1978 I abbondoned the course I was taking on Story at San Paolo University (USP) to exile myself in England. I lived in Cambridge, where I studied at the Cambridgeshire College of Arts and Technology, which later became Anglia Ruskin University.
In 1980 I returned to San Paolo due to a family lost. For about a year I worked at Maksoud Plaza frontdesk.
In 1981 I began the course on Philosophy at the University of Pavia, which I would drop a year and a half later to go to live in the effervescent Berlin of the wall, where I met Gigliola, my wife.
In 1984, I understood that it was time to go back home, or at least to look for a place I could call that way. Once in Brazil, we completed a long journey from San Paulo towards the north which ended in Natal, in the Northeast of the country.
We built our house in Ponta Negra Beach, at that time it was only a fishermen community on the outskirts of the town.
After getting my degree on Literature at the University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN), in 1990 I created with Gi the Cultural Exchange Centre Babilônia, which was active until 2000.
In 1995, I made the video-anthology Um Dia - A Poesia (One Day Poetry), which became a book that was published the year after.
In 1996 I was given the Natal Honorary Citizenship for our contribution to the town culture.
In 1998 our daughter was born in Natal.
In 2000 I moved to Loreto in Italy, where Gigliola was born and where her family lived.
Once I arrived in Italy I worked, for two years at a graphic industry called Tecnostampa: "In the first days, I thought that I was paying all my sins, but at the end, I realised that I was making one of the most important experiences of my life", which I would nevertheless prefer not having to repeat.
In the same year I founded the association BrasiLemarche (BLM), in order to continuing the projects of exchange started with the Cultural Centre Babylon.
In 2002 I presented a Therapeutic Photography project to the psychiatric community Il Filo di Arianna of Ancona, that was carried out, in different phases, until 2005.
Photography, a passion born in childhood, remains unchanged in the midst of so much changes of places and activities I made in my life.
In 2003 I obtained the qualification of Professional free time mediator for elderly people. Since then I have been doing research on the application of Therapeutic Photography to help the Elderly and mentally disturbed people. In 2005 published The Face and the Voice of Time, a book on the therapeutic photography. I've taken a Master Degree on Non-Verbal Communication in 2007 at the Ca' Foscari University in Venice. At the moment I'm taken a second degree on Psychology at the University "La Sapienza" in Rome.

I work as an organiser of the free time activities in the Elderly Homes in Loreto where I lead together with two psychologists the rehabilitation project "Living Memory" using therapeutic photography . This intervention consists mainly in the construction of the memory album and in the elaboration of the autobiographies of the hosts with the help of relatives, assistants and voluntaries. At the same time I collaborate with the Mental Health Centre of Falconara, conducting the project "Zooming and Wandering". This initiative consists in organising photographic expeditions and the elaboration of the material produced by the participants of the group, which includes people with psychological difficulties.
I love eating, drinking, sleeping, walking, listening and making music and reading and writing freely.
I deeply hate the war and the arrogance of man towards nature and towards other men. I believe in Happiness, but I respect Sadness and Pain because the three of them are inseparable sisters.
Perhaps it will take a long time, but the day will come when all human beings will recognise each other as sons and daughters of the same Mother Land and of the same Father Time and will live in Peace for the rest of their The Short Eternity.
