Avataratari created NCRC/ACRR and that was the beginning.....

When he first started his recording sessions people that were around him in disbelief....who can just like that decide to unify the Earth world just with music and art....well Atari got a bit hurt by this, and for some time he was wondering around earth trying to understand why are the earthlings so skeptical about the possibility for the world to give peace a chance ...

His first album was published on internet for free download and was named "Acoustic Singles HOMEGROWN"...

That is were our story takes off....

“No copyright control/all copyright reserved” is a strategy that fits very well into today reality of Bosnia. The national museum, the national gallery and the historical museum are closed. This means that basically we live in the country with absolutely no formal or governmental interest/responsibility towards art and culture. A logical consequence of this fact is, that the artists should feel no limitations or responsibility towards any formal institution – the government, EU, copyrights etc. To claim ones freedom as an artist in Bosnia is to mark the isolation and autonomy of the artists role. The artist is absolutely marginalized and instead of approaching the center, the institutionalized art etc, “No copyright control / all copyright reserved” is using this marginalized position in a both positive and controversial way. There is possibility to get in a conflict with copyright/formal authorities on practical level – but in a context of values, ethics and humanity no-one can force you into a system of rights when this system is absolutely ignorant and without a care. According to art history there are similar strategies in art of appropriation, eclecticism, postmodernism etc. the idea of angry, screaming people on video or photo reflects a similar frustration and anger. Art is positive energy and communication – this means the very opposite the society and recent history in region of formal Yugoslavia. Though the frustration is a fundamental part of this energy.
