I'm absolutely captivated by the simple, the natural, the understated. The little things that we sometimes overlook. In this, I am inspired by traditional Japanese art and design - the line, color, and natural forms. The art is just as much in the creation process as the finished piece.

For over 18 years I've been creating, designing, and wearing my own jewelry - as well as making beads, designing and shaping components out of metal, glass, wood - you name it. Anything and everything that can be manipulated for adornment fascinates me.

On a less formal note - I'm a Graphic designer by day, studio artist by night - mom of two girls, two cats, two turtles, and a crazy boston terrier. Life is full of wonder and amazement - and never ever a dull moment!
