I like meeting new people, going new places, learning new things. You'll notice most of my photos are of people, but I am learning to take more shots of nature.

As I get older, I realize that I am really attracted to aesthetics and things that are well-designed. I love dark, rich colors, but haven't learned yet how to take dark, rich photos like some of the people I admire on flickr and have listed as contacts.

My camera is a Canon S2 IS which I bought in June 2005 and started going crazy taking photos. Before that I had a Canon S45 point-and-shoot, but my wife got to keep it when I went on trips : (

Now I've got my own camera and try to take time out on business trips to do a little shooting. I'd also like to take photo-strolls through Singapore. Maybe one day I'll even get an SLR!

I'm an LA native and have lived in Asia since '97.

I have visited 48 countries (21%), just keeping pace with my age!
