At twenty I knitted, at thirty I worked, at forty I sew. All the four-leaf clovers I have ever found (and that's a lot) must have granted me the good fortune of a sweet basement sewing room and a little time in it nearly every day. Other times I garden, I homeschool my ten year old son, I read, I cook, I clean...and I brush our endlessly shedding Great Pyrenees.
