Brachetti is considered the greatest quick-change "actor" in the world. Unlike a quick-change artist, Arturo incorporates reciting, magic, singing and dancing into his performances thus creating complete character interpretations with each transformation.
In this unique and extraordinary ability of not only transforming on stage from one costume to another but also giving life to his characters that has made him known internationally.
An example of this could be seen in his play, "I Massibili", in wich he interprets 33 different roles, in "Brachetti in Technicolor" in wich he does more than 40 characters or more recently in his One Man Show "The man with 1000 faces" in wich he plays 80 characters in 100 changes.

Arturo Brachetti è il più grande attore-trasformista del mondo, riuscendo a interpretare più di 80 personaggi nello stesso spettacolo. Il suo One Man Show ha fatto il giro del mondo, dall'Europa agli Stati Uniti al Giappone. Solamente a Parigi è stato replicato più di 800 volte, vincendo nel 2000 l'ambitissimo premio Moliere (il Tony Award francese).
In un batter d'occhio, un secondo, forse due Arturo riesce a cambiarsi di abito, scarpe e parrucca per diventare un altro.
Quando non è in scena è anche regista di spettacoli musicali di Varietè e il regista di tutti gli spettacoli di Aldo, Giovanni e Giacomo.
