Richard has also practiced martial arts way before movies came out. Tae Kwon Do over boxing and kick boxing. Cycling is second nature then of course commute but completing full body workout is including arm power.
He also enjoys photography second to painting/drawing though keeps active in many sports besides enjoying reading
