"My first encounter with Mark's work was near the time of the Winter Solstice and was entirely spiritual. There on my screen was a white stag, and a description that told me the photographer knew exactly what he had there. I wrote a one word comment - he gave me one word back, and proved that I was right. I found a kindred spirit.

Mark is an excellent artist, as well as a fine photographer. Take a look at his illustrations and be prepared to be pulled in and stay a while. He'll take you on a trippy, Jungian journey.

On the other hand, Mark is a fun, what you see is what you get kind of guy. He loves his friends. He walks the walk for his beliefs. What, at first glance are simple snaps of friends and activities are really joyful (most of the time), loving documentation of the things that are important to him. More than snaps - a chance to see everyday life through the eyes of someone who pays attention to living it.

All that, plus he's really goofy and a lot of fun. Come in and make friends."
