Hello,

We are the Iriondo's, and the owners of ArtePangó. Pablo is an artist and has made miniature pottery art ceramics and figures for 30 years. We also sell fused glass jewelry, mobiles, and decorative items.

About the artist: Pablo Iriondo is currently 48 years old, born in Montevideo, Uruguay, and comes from a family of artists. In the astrological calender he is a Pisces, born Feb 24, and a proud tiger in the Chinese calender. He started to develop his own artistic talent, as a young boy, side by side with his mother, who was a Raku ceramicist and instructor. As a teenager, Pablo developed his own whimsical naive style of manifesting his thoughts, ideas and feelings into various characters and especially animals. Each miniature figure is hand molded from red pottery clay, and formed one at a time. They are then kiln fired, and each is painted in detail from start to finish by Pablo himself.

Pablo has sold to stores in Uruguay, Argentina and Chile, and has also participated in fairs throughout Latin America. In 2003 he was in the US, and had great success participating in various art fairs.

Mission: Awaken the spirit of collecting in your child. Pablo's art transmits esthetics and the art of decoration, while provoking heightened awareness. We believe our whimsical art enhances psychological, intellectual, emotional and spiritual sensitivity that can last a lifetime. There is a child in all of us, and keeping that spirit alive is essential to a healthy lifestyle.
