My passion for dogs started at a young age of 10. Toy Poodles, Pekingese and shih tzus are among my first breed. Since then my interest in dogs led me in exhibiting my favorite breed, The Shih tzu.

In March 2000, Alex & I founded the world renowned ARTEMIS SHIH TZU which revolutionized and upgraded the Philippine Shih Tzu Standard in exhibiting, grooming & breeding shih tzus. My expertise on such were accumulated through years of research and undying quest for knowledge, And led me to travel the world to learn my expertise & Skills in Grooming and Showing Shih Tzu to its Perfection, particularly in Thailand & Indonesia.

As an exhibitor and handler my records were un-presidented having, handled & owned the PCCI Number 1 shih tzu for 4 consecutive years namely for 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2006, the PCCI Number 2 Top Dog for 2006, the PCCI Number 1 Toy and Companion dog 2006 & Number 1 Non-Sporting dog for 2006, Multiple Best in Show Winner Phil Hall of Fame Midnightdream Winning Edge “Kevin” & Multiple Best In Show Winner Phil Hall of Fame Hearty Artemis Super Winning Control “ Melissa”. I also handled & Groomed the Number 1 shih tzu & Number #2 All breed in Thailand 2007- "Melody", in which i was the recipient of the Most coveted KING'S CUP Award inThailand, December 2007. I also Handled & owned the Number #1 Shih Tzu in the Philippines National Top Dog 2008, And Number #4 All Breed in the Philippines National Top Dog 2008 - "Remi".

We have bred, owned & exbihited more than 60 champions, 13 Grand Champions & 5 Hall of fame. My breeding fame is not only limited here in the Philippines but worldwide, particularly in Russia having Bred, the First Philippine Born Multiple Best In Show Winner Phil Champion, Russian Champion & International Champion “Artemis Bettin Royal Flush”. In America, having Bred the Philippine Born American Champion “ Artemis Sky’s Heavens Faith”. In Malaysia, Having Bred the Philippine Born Malaysian Champion & Philippine Grand Champion “Artemis Lucky Strike” and In our very owned country having bred Best In Show Shih Tzu Winners.

My Kennel name Artemis Shih Tzu has been recognized world wide and has been featured in several dog magazine worldwide particularly in the Philippines, Europe, Russia, Lithuania, Thailand & Indonesia.
