I've lived in New York City since 1996 where, these days, I'm mostly a professional photographer, doing headshots for actors and private events. I was a musician for many years and have also spent some time writing and acting here and there.
I've enjoyed taking pictures for as long as I can remember. I joined flickr in 2006 as a way to share snapshots with friends and family and in the past few years, photography has become a passion of mine.
*My "other flickr" is where I post photos of Improv Everywhere, improv and sketch shows, parties, etc. This flickr account started getting very crowded and I wanted to separate my "artsy" stuff from the rest.

So i first was aware of ari_nyc's project365 at day 23. There was this amazing jump photo and I was like 'wow.' I've been following her ever since.
The amazing thing is that she lives a busy life, but still finds time to take amazing photos. I'm really in awe of her photoshop/editing skillz and vision for her shots.
