I am an Engineer. Learned photography by reading photography books in high school. I am good at reading manual books, but still learning how to take good photos. I have developed the logical side of my brain, now I need to develop the artistic side.

Originally come from Indonesia, but now live in Sydney.

When I was in Uni (1990-1995), I was one of the founder of Studio 51 Fotografi Atma Jaya club. I believe the club is still exist.

I have one daughter... not sure when I will have the second child :)

My first camera was Canon Pellix, 50mm f/1.2 & Tamron 35-105mm lenses. I borrowed my mum's money to bought the camera from my best mate in high school. I still have the camera. I want to keep it as long as possible, it has sentimental value. Later on decided to change to Nikon F90X. This camera was stolen. At the moment I am using Nikon D200, Nikkor 18-200mm VR and Tamron 90mm Macro. Hopefully I will get the 80-200mm f/2.8 soon.

My favorite photographer at the moment is Sesame Ellis (Rachel Devine).
