A recent college graduate of Barnard and the Jewish Theological Seminary, I now reside in Mumbai, India, working at the Evelyn Peters Jewish Community Center through the Jewish Service Corps fellowship of the American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee.

It's a long haul from the wide, open spaces of Slingerlands, New York, where I grew up, but the people, the food, and the adventure of India make it all worthwhile.
