My name is Luis Argote, I'm 24, from México and into photography. I also do software and web development (not my focus here though, for that visit my projects website, Argote.mx).

I graduated as a Bachelor of Science in Information and Communication Technologies with a concentration in Computer Science at Tecnológico de Monterrey in Monterrey, México on May 2010.

My current "main" camera is a Sony Alpha A200 with the Sigma 18-50mm f/2.8-4.5 DC OS HSM, the Sony DT 35mm f/1.8 SAM (SAL35F18), the Minolta AF 50mm f/1.4, the Minolta AF 50mm f/2.8 Macro and the Minolta AF 70-210mm f/3.5-4.5 lenses and a Sony HVL-F42AM Flash.

I used to have the the Sony DT 30mm f/2.8 Macro SAM (SAL30M28), the Sony DT 50mm f/1.8 SAM (SAL50F18), the Sony DT 18-70mm f/3.5-5.6 (SAL1870), the Sony Sony 75-300mm f/4.5-5.6 (SAL75300) and the Minolta 100-200mm f/4.5 lenses but I've sold them.

I also use a Canon PowerShot SD750 P&S camera when portability is important.

I'm here looking to improve my skills so feel free to critique any of my stuff or give out suggestions.
