My name is Natalie Banathy, and I like to create spiritual fantasy art, music, and jewelry. I'm fascinated with Tibetan, Pagan, and metaphysical studies; and I believe in fairies, faeries, fayries (however you want to spell it!!), angels, demons, and more... because we, along with all of those things, are the creations of our own minds. :-)
I like to bring amusement and intrigue to others with my artistic interpretations of the world around. Nature inspires the heck out of me, and so does the gamut of emotions that come with the human experience. So does the spirit world, and the strange and crazy places my mind has created on the astral plane. I try to bring all of that to you with my various renderings. ;-)
My life's other passion, equal in value and concurrent with everything told above, is my life with my husband Matthew. He is my companion, bandmate, business partner and counsel, as well as one of the coolest people to ever walk the planet. He is an amazing guitarist and we made an album--CELESTIAL ANCESTORS AND THE LEGACY OF INFAMY--in 2007 under the band name ONEIRONAUT. It's going to be released at some point this year by a tiny indy label called Nihil Dicit, a sub of the metal label Ars Magna Records, based in Ohio.
