I use Flickr as an archive for all the pictures that I have in JPEG format, mostly to self critique them (Your comments are welcome, feel free to be mean :).) and also for posting them to my blog. Usually the pictures are not cropped, but levels adjusted and sharpened after conversion from NEF format. I don't use or own Adobe Photoshop, I use UFRaw and Gimp for (barely) processing my pictures.

A good place to start browsing my photographs would be the photo sets (perhaps my personal favorites, or the auto-generated most interesting set of pictures).

Most of the photographs (i.e. those that are not personal in nature) are under a creative commons license (usually CC-BY-3.0), go forth and unleash your creativity. I am open to licensing these pictures under other liberal (or even restrictive, if you please) licenses. Contact me for the NEF format pictures.
