I enjoy photography. It relaxes me...always has. I'm learning to use the Canon XSI.

I also enjoy working on and am one of the teachers on the Mayhew Ministries website: www.mayhewministries.com/

Check out townandcountrygardens.blogspot.com/
Its a great website for gardeners. Membership is free. Any contributions of gardening knowledge, pics of gardens, recipes using garden fresh produce, or any garden related crafts and poetry are welcome. Our very own flickr member Jasmine&Roses www.flickr.com/photos/townandcountrygardens/ has done an excellent job with this site!

One of my pics is on the 'Town and Country Gardens' blog above (Ref: May, Flora, Propagate Chives) 'Garlic Chives in Seed'. I also wrote one of the articles under 'Gardener's Tip!' in the May edition. Do check it out. It is an interesting gardening blog that covers gardening world wide. www.townandcountrygardens.blogspot.com/

I love my pets. They help to put a smile on my face with some of the things that they do or the expressions that they have. The purr of my cat can put me to sleep. The dogs are good protection as well as fun to play with.

I want to share with you my all time favorite poem. This poem means a lot to me and always has and always will. :)

Robert Frost: The Road Not Taken

Two roads diverged in a yellow wood,
And Sorry I could not travel both
And be one traveler, long I stood
And looked down one as far as I could
To where it bent in the undergrowth;

Then took the other, just as fair,
And having perhaps the better claim,
Because it was grassy and wanted wear;
Though as for that the passing there
Had worn them really about the same,

And both that morning equally lay
In leaves no step had trodden black.
Oh, I kept the first for another day!
Yet knowing how way leads on to way,
I doubted if I should ever come back.

I shall be telling this with a sigh
Somewhere ages and ages hence:
Two roads diverged in a wood, and I--
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference.
