I was born and raised in Nottinghamshire, but have spent the last 12 years living close to Chester.

I have only been into photography for around four years now. I have progressed from using a point and shoot camera, then onto a bridging camera followed by my first DSLR camera, a Canon EOS 300D. I have recently upgraded to a Canon 30D.

The fact that photography in the main, has gone digital, has enabled me to make mistakes and learn photography with very little cost.

This is one hobby that is going to keep me occupied for quite some time. There is nothing like being able to capture something you see and then share it with others.
