a is for anika's photostream  

This is my flickr portfolio for my art and design stuff: drawings, doodles, paintings, collages, cut up bits of paper, and other experiments. sometimes I also post photos of my wiener dogs.

Most of the images in my flickr stream end up in my blog where I write about the trials, tribulations, and successes of trying new things with little or no instruction, sources and the progression of inspiration, and generally how I went about working on a particular piece and what I experienced while creating it.

I'm on twitter, I started a 365 photo project that I'm posting to tumblr, and also have a society6 account that I haven't used in quite a while.

On top of all that, I have another flickr account ( aniika ) which has a lot of actual photos, plus a bunch of my art stuff that I uploaded long before making this flickr account.

I'm in the process of switching names from anikamari to a is for anika. at the moment it's somewhere in between, but don't be confused; i'm the same girl!
