i describe myself as awesome!!!!

i love photography. all kinds. i would NEVER say something like:

"Tons of pictures on Flickr are trite, garbage, uninteresting; a smaller percentage are good, sometimes excellent."

...that was sent to me in a message by someone who only uploads pics that are abstract and photoshopped. i am not saying that i do not like abstract, photoshoped images, but that beauty is in the eye of the beholder (and i believe his eyes may be made of glass...)
i welcome the "mundane"...PLEASE!!!!! post pictures of the floor, and blurry ones of your cat and or dog (or fish, hamster, bird, etc.) and birthday memories where you couldn't get the red eye reduction to work. (you know, the ones where everyone looks "possessed") POST IT ALL, show the world what means the most, even if it isn't artsy or perfect...
...life is special, everyday is special, every picture is special...if it is special to you!
