I dislike it when people rant, perhaps in blogs, and then attempt to trivialize it by saying at the very end "just some thoughts". Evidently, from the style of text, these people find their rants entirely significant. There is no point in feigning modesty. I WAS studying honours for visual arts at James Cook. Now I am not as I finished. I love art, and spend most parts of my awake time thinking about it or making it or reading about it or something about it. I grew up in Bowen because I am fucking awesome. I am sometimes sarcastic. I collect books; published books, zines and artist books. Mostly art books and recipe books. I love cooking, but I am lazy. I am a vegetarian and wish I had the effort to be vegan. I have a voice that people talk over. I love love love toilets. I am an isthmus and I don't believe in Christmas (or God). Fuck it. I am one of those clean hippies. I will fight about it. I love poetry but find it mostly boring. I just really love words and wish that people would not call people like Colin Meloy "creative genius'" because, he is just a blatant genius. I think the search for creative accomplishment is to make art do what words do, and I won't lie, I am yet to find or make art that really does a fucking thing to my heart jumps. One day. I like things that are French. The words Voluptuous, Sun Baking, Lips, Moist and Delicious make me queasy. My favourite words are Ostentatious, Ampersand and Officious. The word Dickhead makes me smile, and cunt is sometimes hilarious, such as when someone says "I love you, you beautiful cunt". I do not like wind, sand, heat, sun or noisy animals. I love love love (times googolplex) my cat Niemoller. I am a diabetic. I wish I was not. I like beer and have given up on paying for wine even though the labels are pretty, it just tastes like shit. I hope to go to Glasgow soon and live.
