I'm just a girl with a Nikon you see
I find that is often a fun thing to be
I shoot lots of crap but pick out the best
A bug on a leaf or a bird in a nest
Sometimes I try art and hatch something mean
I see what you've done, it's so good and I'm green
To see shots of me I must make you my friend
These are people I choose I don't mean to offend
I live by a river that wends it's way south
Not far from my house opens my river's mouth
Like the water that flows back into the oceans
From God to my camera then Flickr go notions
Nature understands competition, but some humans feel guilt about humanity's tendency to eliminate other species on the planet. Considering our superiority over nature, surely we can be benevolent.
I think the problem boils down to the fact that we are recently civilized apes. We are the barrel of monkeys. We steal, fight, screw, throw poop and act just like who we are, monkeys. We have the democracy that monkeys made. One where silver backs hoard all the bananas and blonds while forcing the weak to die off due to a lack of proper nutrition, education and health care. Not to worry, it's just evolution.
