Hi everyone. I joined Flickr about a year ago but I'm only now spending some time here. I've been fortunate enough to have visited all 7 continents and usually take about 500 photos per two week vacation. I've always gotten compliments on my photos but after seeing some of the photos on this site, I realize that taking photos set on auto is just not enough. Time to step up and learn about lighting and speed options.

I used to be a television executive at a major television/motion picture studio but left and wrote a career advice book entitled From Graduation to Corporation. I've been lecturing at numerous colleges/universities in the past year and soon hope to step it up and speak at corporations.
