Andalusia is the home of the highly-acclaimed American writer, Flannery O'Connor. This internationally-significant literary landmark is owned and maintained by the Flannery O'Connor - Andalusia Foundation. Flannery O'Connor lived at this family farm just outside Milledgeville, Georgia from 1951 until her death in 1964, and this is where she was living when she completed her two novels and two collections of short stories.
