I have been asked many times what is the reason for a black dog as a avatar icon. The black dog's name is Miss Tara Black Dog. I use the image of the black dog for two reasons

1 - I love my dog, and
2 - A black dog is a metaphor for someone who is a bit different from main stream - similar to a black sheep.
