Since my childhood I have been fascinated by the nature. Being a self- taught amateur photographer I started documenting birds & insects since 1980 with my Nikon-FE. But it was not so easier in those days one had to send the films to a distant city to develop & get the prints done; moreover the hobby was an expensive one. Since the invention of the digital cameras it has become a boon to amateur photographers. When I bought my first digital camera in the year 2004 I was thrilled by its capabilities! Instantly I could see what I got! Obsessed by the results I decided to put the photos on my Web-page, so people with an interest enjoy looking at photographs of birds & insects in the wild. And Web designing is one of my hobbies. I am neither an entomologist nor an ornithologist; yet wherever possible I identify the birds, but I haven't bothered to identify the insects, it's beyond my knowledge. Some day in future I may work on it, May be with the help of an expert.
