I am a Silver / Grey haired guy - very much a Silver Surfer, with Attitude, well on the cemetery side of 50, causing havoc in my wheelchair when released upon the general public.
Occasionally, 'friends' imply that (with more than an ounce of truth), I'm mad as a box of spanners.
Born late 1940's, which makes me part of the Early Baby Boomer Generation - hence the attitude - becoming bearish with age ( and ALL that entails).

I value my personal friendships and family very highly, and also enjoy connecting with new people with similar interests via the 'ether'.

INTERESTS:
Reading, (particularly Autobiographies and Biographies).
Using my (now ageing) Apple Macintosh computer
Getting to know and use my Canon G11
PHOTOSHOP: Learning and using for:
Self-designed graphics with some photographic element included
Creative imaging of my photographs (and those of other people - with their permission of course), both with eclectic subject matter.
Collecting and archiving quality images
Visiting major Art Galleries and Museums in my City of London UK and large public Parks and Gardens

IMAGE ISOLATION and EXTRACTION (II and E)
In my work, I apply what I term II and E - Isolating and extracting a portion of an image, and re-presenting that part of the image as a singular focal point, using colour (or lack of) to further strengthen the image. I also enjoy re-editing Flickr Friends' images which I feel drawn to, to give a different perspective of that image. My gratitude to those Friends who have allowed me to do this.
