I wouldn't say that I was born with a camera in hand or was shooting photos since the time I started to walk, but some photos did mean something, they brought back memories of that school play or the time we(me & my class 3 buddies) dressed like colourful birds with small trumpets in our hands!! When I grew up a bit, my dad brought a Yashica back from one of his business trips, but still, films & developing was expensive & too much trouble, so photo taking was restricted to family functions & that too to 1 or max 2 rolls. All this while, I never took an interest in photography, since it was very expensive hobby to have on a limited pocket allowance!! ;)

But even when I started earning, the film & having it developed still didn't appeal to me, too cumbersome to bother!! It was in late 2005 when near my birthday I treated myself by buying my first digital camera(not counting the first camera phone that I bought earlier that year), a Kodak LS753, that I really thought about taking photos. I was gonna store them on my PC ofcourse, no more films and no more hassles of developing them & no more hassle of managing prints!!

Now I've got a better camera, I think that my photography skills have improved a little bit since mid 2006 but I believe that I still have a very long way to go. :)
