I'm enjoying life in Paris.
I sometimes feel too American here.
I love exploring the world through photographs.
I am a mountain bike fanatic.
I am a 21st century digital boy.
Architecture runs through my viens.
I strive to learn.
I started shooting film about 7 years ago, just occasionally. However I took quickly to the digital world and went through several generations of the split body nikon coolpix's, from the 950 to the 4500. I shot with them for almost 5 years, and now I have just returned to the SLR world with a D70s. Despite having to re-learn this type of photography, I'm enjoying it.
I've started two groups:
Columns and Columns, and Chartres.
I'm currently listening to this, and you can too if you want. You can also find me online all over the place under my same moniker... try soulseek for a start.

O Caritas says:
"Nate has one of the most creative eyes on flickr. Rarely does he post something that isn't jaw-dropping, ass-kicking or foot-stomping good!
Yes, his photography seems to affect most parts of the body!
And he's a great guy besides!"17th November, 2006

Monster. says:
"Variety is the spice of life and if each of Nathan’s images could be described as having a flavour, no two would taste the same.
His colour shots can be so vibrant and his black and white images have depth and often exploit the complete tonal range. He is happy to capture the image from a fairly standard angle or offer up a unique perspective on a subject. All of these traits mean that when you visit the thread of Nathan Kendall you are never quite sure what lies ahead of you.
That is not strictly true as there is something that you can be sure awaits you, a perfectly composed image. From what I can see all the images in Nathan’s thread are carefully and thoughtfully composed. I cannot say whether he spends a lot of time framing and cropping or whether this is a natural instinct that manifests itself through the lens, but either way it is an art that he has mastered and this is one of the reasons it is such a joy to sample the delights on offer.
Nathan was one of the very first people with whom I had any contact here within Flickr’s walls and he is certainly one of those that I am really glad to have “met”.
Variety is definitely the spice of life and you will not grow tired with the cornucopia of treats on offer here. Pull up a chair, I hope you’re hungry."31st March, 2006

lyrical says:
"WHAT?! nothing for Nate yet?
well... he's top quality, macro and architecture overload with spot on techinical skills and a pin point eye for strong compositions.
A consuming information geek, embracing digital photgraphy all the way.
L'usine Icl forever baby!"24th February, 2006
