I frolic in the world of mixed media assemblage art. Art dolls, wall sculptures, wearable art, paper play, resin work, and apparently I suffer from the infallable ability to glue my fingers together all too quickly. I dream of a life where personalized gifts made with artists' hands only fill the hands of people once again. People always tell me after seeing some of my art that they could never do that. That saddens me, for I can not imagine a life without some form of art. My website is named Altered Alchemist in which two things are mixed to become something else or better. There are blank canvases everywhere. A dresser, a piece of torn brown bag, a wooden box, a vintage collander, a jean jacket. I believe to encourage someone to try art in any form is too introduce them to a different style of a journal. Art is emotion, voice, song, therapy, and celebration. It is introducing the world to your soul. Encourage a child, teach a forty year old to use crayons, and always-always learn as much from an eighty year old as you can. My fellow adventurers, listen to your angels.

The new site will be finished on December 10th! Interactive and full of fun ideas by myself and others. Please visit us then!
