I am an engineer/eco warrior/photographer/adventurer based, currently, in the South Lakes region in Northern England. I have had an interesting and varied past with forrays into rock stardom, film and tv work, archaeology, anthropology, zoology, Amazonian exploration and a few other things before I got bored and got a real job... then got bored and changed career.

I tend towards landscape photography, though not exclusively and currently use a Canon EOS 5D/Canon EOS 5D mkII and a selection of lenses - mainly Canon L series, with a slowly growing number of primes as I see something I like.

Oh aye - I like to ride mountain bikes (though not done enough of that of late) and motorbikes.
