allison is ugly is an experimental photography project created using raw images from apple’s photo booth application and is designed to showcase the surpising results that can be achieved.
through the vareity of effects in photo booth, humorous, eccentric and often frightening characters are born. all of the images pictured on this site are of me and have not been manipulated in any way by image-editing software. they are pulled directly from photo booth.
allison is ugly aims to spark imaginaton, illustrate the random possibilities of this considerbly creative and underrated tool and to slightly question or poke a little fun at self-perception and identity.
