I'm Allie, I'm 18, and I live/study in Bellingham, WA.

My mom got a Nikon D60 for christmas of 2008 from my dad. I picked it up and loved it. I didn't know much about it, and I can't figure something out by reading a manual, so I experimented a little over the summer and in autumn of 2009 I took a digital photography class. I just take photos for fun, and to look back, and to be creative. I'm taking intermediate digital in the fall, and advanced in the winter. I'm so excited. :) I get my inspiration usually from emotions (like many others) and also just from random ideas I get in my head (these don't usually turn out like I want them to). Music is an inspiration too; if i hear a lyric, I want to photograph something that reminds me of it.
Also, for my 17th birthday, I got a Holga 120 CFN camera, and I'll be using that, too. I'm excited to learn with film. :)
