I got my first DSLR in May 2009, prior to which I spent a couple of years with a Nikon Coolpix 950. Before that I had a Rollei A26 instamatic film camera which has been with me since childhood.
I love the way a good photographer can bring the mundane to life. Every time I browse flickr, I'm reminded of just how far I have to go.
