Alisa in Memphis' photostream  

I'm a native Memphian, and have photographed Memphis and environs for a long time. I used my trusty Pentax K1000 until someone finally forced a digital into my (unwilling) hands in 2004. My view changed. I like landscape, and documentary photography. This is why you'll see 50 pics of the same building in my photostream. I've also been working in collage for about five years...started with cut and paste from old women's magazines. With the digital I now do collages entirely of my own images.

I have kids, two black labs, and a cat that is as crazy as her namesake (Zelda Fitzgerald). I need a job. I love music, and traveling for music. I read, and cook. I like to carouse, and do this when the kids are at their dad's. (The double life of the model mother...)
