I am from Holland live in Utrecht,

I am 48 years old.

My name is Els , I 'am chronicle ill and have always
create myself , I use many sources and am very interested in a lot of things , doodle and painting and mixed media, have a lot of humor .

My Humor Kills you haha !

I love flowers ,gardens, music ,books, films,cats, food, my 2 boy's, everything wich is near me , and beside me, because 3/4 time of the year I have to live inside my house with much neuropatic pain's, that's burning pain , like a iron.

I have to meditate for my illness and use the training of John Kabatt -Zin, it's helpfull for everyone, and has many results for them who has lot's of pain , it give's rest in the cells of the brains especcially the limbic system. I have CRPS ( posttraumatic dystrofy or Südeck and the new international name is CRPS =complex regional pain syndrom.. it's a Illness of the nerves system and you can get it from a little operation or injection or a little thing, broken glass, from a wrong setting broken pols etc . Woman get's it 3 times more than man!

I warn people to take good care of them selves', when they get an injury. The CRPS give's many neurological problems. Specialist looks over the whole world , but there ar so many forms and even this day there's no medicine, it
is there since 1920 and seen by Dr. Südeck a German in man. It's family from MS, Reuma Artritis, Parkinson, Crohn,etc 'They know since 5 years it has a biochemical source .and it is not between youre ears, yes into the brains.
Many Triggers give you paine, like music noises and temp. the body is always in action with that sympatic nervesystem and tumor necrose cells in youre body, i only have painrelief with morfine and nsaid's

ENJOY YOUR LIVE , YOU LIVE ONCE A TIME IN YOUR LIVE AND MAKE SOMETHING OF IT ! Take Care of the earth and all the people on it, In 3/4 of the world there's Aids , no food , war, etc .

That's a lot worser than me !

My life is to short and enjoy the little things, it's a cliché , but I am mentally rich , strong, make you live happy in little ways, the only important thing is life and compassion and patience !!!! The world don't need gadget freaks hihi!
