We are the Alabama Grillbillies. A BBQ Catering Company and Competition Team. We are based in Shelby County Alabama but travel around the South East doing catering jobs and competing in KCBS sanctioned BBQ Competitions. We have a true passion for BBQ and take pride in every plate we make. We firmly believe that the BBQ you are most likely used to eating is sub par. We'd like the chance to show you just how good BBQ can be. We have a broad menu and are capable of serving 2-200. Please keep us in mind the next time you're hungry for a little 'que.
