I have a hobbyist interest in photography. My work takes me to some interesting parts of the world, and I always take a camera along, hoping for some light (and time!).

I sometimes post about photos and photography on my blog.


KIT

DSLRs: I use a Nikon D700, with a Fuji S5 Pro as backup.
P&S: I use a Canon S90.

WORKFLOW

Nearly all pictures in my photostream since September 2008 are processed from RAW using DxO Optics Pro (and often, Andrew Frankel's profiles for more accurate colour reproduction). Any further tweaking is done in PhotoShop.

My most viewed is an HDR photo taken after a few too many beers in Prague:




My favourite of my own pictures at the moment is another HDR, of Ynys Llanddwyn lighthouse in Anglesey:
