  "i dont write these things all too often, so im never 100% sure what to say. i just find myself in this little testimonial box from time to time when i am truly impressed.
  
  ive known alex on flickr for a long time (*really elderly old woman voice* ooh ya know, way back when we were 365 soulmates), and i can surely attest to the amount he has grown, the time and effort he puts into his photos, and his wonderful technical skills...
  
  but the thing that really gets me is all of the emotion. ive never met alex but sometimes i feel like i know him. its like there is a certain honesty about his work that lets me understand him. and there is always such dialogue in his images. his concepts and stories bring me such deep thoughts and forreal i love that about him. i love how he uses juxtaposition so flawlessly, and i love how he is so brave. i also love the thoughtful comments he leaves.
  
  sometimes when i read these on peoples profiles, it seems like those writing are trying to "sell" the persons stream, like "you should definitely add alex stoddard because..." well, anyone who comes across this page right here and isnt immediately hooked for life is just straight up insane. few people have inspired me more and for that i am grateful. i also know that alex is in the same place inside many, many other hearts."

  i've been meaning to write him this testimonial for a while now to be honest, and i don't regret ever finding his photostream. alex is a genuine and also hilarious person, i have actually found myself laughing at the computer screen at some things of the things he says, who has great potential in all aspects of photography. from the first time i viewed his photostream i was enraptured. he manages to, somehow, capture such beautiful and thought provoking images that seriously get you thinking. how did he do that? what does it represent? what's the hidden meaning? they're like puzzles that i look forward to solving everyday. his photos are so surreal and i don't know anyone who takes as much effort as he does into his 365 project. every one of his photos that has a way of edging on surrealism, but is always able to connects it back to nature. his photos all convey emotion and no matter how simple the concept or editing is, it still manages to surprise me with what he can express through his photography. alex is bold and has a wide span of creativity that is seemingly endless, as not a single one of his photos are the same. alex, you are magical and inspiring and i absolutely cannot wait to see what you can do next. i can definitely see photography in your future as you is a genius at it, so please don't stop. i'm glad that i've had the chance to get to know you through photography and flickr, so keep on being amazing!
