Al Borde is the only free monthly Latin Alternative Newspaper nationwide reaching young and trend-setting 18-34 year old Hispanics. Al Borde's main content is Latin Alternative music with a heavy dose of the film, fashion, alternative lifestyle, gadgets, gaming and live concerts. With more than 300,000 monthly readers, Al Borde reaches the youth market through key locations which includes Virgin Mega Stores, Sam Ash Music Stores, Guitar Centers, Borders Book Stores and Ritmo Latino Music Stores, as well as street racks in the Los Angeles/Hollywood/OC area. Since 1997, Al Borde has maintained a high standard in design and content quality, and is committed to develop new media segments.

In 2005 the newspaper’s distribution was increased by 75% and the live events department was launched. Currently we host an average of 8 – 10 sponsored concerts every year in addition to 50+ 3rd party events. In 2006 Al Borde Mobile was launched and 2007 will see the birth of Al Borde TV online.
