Rookie shutterbug living in Alaska since 1971.Living in North Pole at the moment.Recently purchase the Nikon D60 to become one of my new hobbies.
I picked Alaskan sampler as a name because I work in quality control for construction ,we test concrete,asphalt and soil samples for compaction.My job requires me to take alot of samples, hence the name.I hope to learn alot more from you people about photography so don't be afraid to tell me how to improve.

Living in Alaska I'm hoping to get a bunch of scenery and
animals.

I'm going to miss my mom immensily and will always love and never forget her.She was a huge giving person,Someone with a big heart and always had a smile on her face,Heaven truly is getting an angel.
