I am a self taught photographer. I picked up my first camera a Kodak ZD710 in 2007. Since then I've gone through 5 camera upgrades as my passion grew. I hold no illusions of fame or fortune, I simply enjoy capturing the moment. It brings pleasure to me that others (especially family) enjoy my endeavors, because I enjoy creating them.
A lot of my shots are on the back roads of Alabama, almost all are devoid of people. I work with people 24/7 - 365 so getting away from them and out with nature is how I keep some sibilance of sanity. I will probably do some street photography of people later on, but right now I'm quiet satisfied. Besides, nature doesn't complain when the shot comes out wrong. :)
