Kumar Appaiah's photostream

My home town is Chennai, India, but I am now in Austin, TX, United States as a graduate student at the University of Texas at Austin.

Photography is something I am new to, but it fascinates me to be able to capture (at least parts) our world into rectangles. My aim is to instill as much detail and life as possible into these rectangles.

Likes: I particularly like to snap buildings, as would become apparent by looking at my photostream. But that might have to do with me not experimenting with more photo gear.

Dislikes: Not many.

Aims: Sometime in the future, it is my aim to visit every district of my state, Tamil Nadu (India) to capture the best in terms of architecture: buildings, places of worship (temples, churches, mosques) and other places of importance.
