At first, I bought the camera just with the thought of having a better camera than the previous one (Ixus 55). Interestingly, the thought never really deviated much since then. The differences when using compact digital and SLR simply justify the reason of owning an SLR.
I don't use Photoshop for the time being since I am not really PS savvy. But I use Lightroom to edit and such.
